If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers.
2. Description of Services
What we offer
The Madden Academy provides online video courses, coaching frameworks, and community access designed to help players improve their Madden NFL gameplay. Current offerings include the Grandmaster 27 program (16-week curriculum) and the 16 Spaces System ($49 course).
Access
Upon purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the purchased course content. Access is provided through our course platform at themaddenacademy.com. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time without notice.
No affiliation with EA
The Madden Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts (EA) or the NFL. 'Madden' is a registered trademark of EA Sports. Our courses provide independent educational content about the game.
3. Accounts & Registration
Account creation
To access course content you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
One person, one account
Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share login credentials, resell access, or allow others to use your account. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Payments & Pricing
Pricing
All prices are in USD. Current pricing: 16 Spaces System — $49 (one-time). Grandmaster 27 Program — $495 (one-time). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing purchases.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.
5. Refund Policy
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Grandmaster 27)
If you purchase the Grandmaster 27 Program and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase. No questions asked — we'll process your refund promptly and you keep access to your account until the refund period closes.
7-Day Guarantee (16 Spaces System)
The 16 Spaces System comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend or terminate your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Our content
All course materials, videos, frameworks, diagrams, text, graphics, and other content on our platform are owned by The Madden Academy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any of our content without our express written permission.
Your license
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the purchased course content for your personal, non-commercial use.
User content
If you post content in our community (Discord, Skool, etc.), you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Share, resell, or redistribute course materials or login credentials.
- Download, copy, or screen-record course videos for distribution.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary frameworks for commercial use.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members of our community.
- Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or malicious content in our community channels.
- Use our platform or content for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate TMA, Manu, or any other member or employee.
8. Community Standards
Access to our private community (Discord, Skool, or other platforms) is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community at our sole discretion for conduct we deem harmful, disrespectful, or contrary to the spirit of the community — with or without warning. Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund if the refund period has passed.
9. Disclaimers & Results
No guarantee of results
Our courses are educational in nature. Results mentioned on our website (e.g., '93% of members doubled their wins') reflect the experiences of specific members and are not guarantees of individual results. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, prior experience, and application of the material.
As-is basis
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MADDEN ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Madden Academy, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If we terminate your account for cause (e.g., violation of these Terms), you will not be entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused course access where applicable.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you by email or prominent website notice. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
