Madden 23 Next Gen Tips: DO NOT Play Online Without…

2 Madden 23 Next Gen Tips:

  1. Utilize the best routes – crossers and corners
  2. Use “pull” routes – always have a streak on the field to push back deep blues

Madden is just virtual chess. Everything has a strategic counter and like chess, there are MANY strategies to learn.

I know you are probably thinking “Haha this guy is crazy, Madden is not that deep. I know real football unlike you.”

Before you write me off as just another Madden pro who doesn’t know real football, hear me out for just a second.

One of my first students at The Madden Academy, Mark Dettling, is a 55 year old multi-millionaire business owner.

He was in the same spot as you. He had the desire to become a competitive player yet had only 10 hours a week to do so.

Unfortunately, before finding me, he kept coming across the wrong places who tried to steal his individuality by forcing specific money plays down his throat.

And guess what he told me when we first met? He still felt like he knew nothing about Madden.

He still didn’t know how to read coverages, how to buy more time in the pocket vs. those pesky ass blitzes, and most importantly didn’t know how to strategically think for himself.

Now Mark isn’t some bum off the street, this guy is a very successful businessman.

What Mark was missing is the same thing you are missing now: awareness of the 12 fundamentals of Madden.

That is why I created for you a free 3 hour Madden 101 course (originally was $95 and won’t be free for long).

Madden 101 is everything you need to get you thinking more strategically so you can counter any money play spammer and double your win rate.

You can continue to read this and say “Oh, that does sounding interesting but it is not for me right now” and whatever other bullshit excuse you just created for yourself.

Or you can take action now, click down below or to the side “enroll now for free”, and instantly receive in your email the free course I promised you.

Consider this your lucky day because you found yourself at the right place at the right time to finally discover the solution to problems you have been having for way too long.

And you WILL continue to have the urge to break everything in sight and question “WHY THE HELL DO I STILL PLAY THIS SHIT GAME?” the next time you play some loser who has no strategic thoughts killing you with 2 plays if you don’t take action now.

After you take 1 minute to sign up for your free 3 hour course, discover 2 problems that 98% of beginners and Madden veterans are unaware of:

1. You Do Not Use The Best Routes

Not every formation was made equal in Madden. Unfortunately, the best formations in Madden are far superior to mid-tier forms because forms like Gun Bunch have all the best stock routes.

There are two routes that offenses revolve around: crossers and corners.

I am sure you have run into plenty of people who only spammed crossers. Crossers are so effective because no cpu zone (unless you zone drop) guards them consistently.

They get over hooks and flats then get underneath deep blues. Plus they attack the middle of the field and sideline.

Only downside is a crosser will attract the attention of a user since they run directly over the middle where the user is.

That is where corner routes come into play. Your goal should be to make the defense worry about every part of the field. To do that you need routes that attack every part of the field.

Corner routes target the sideline and will not gain the attention of a user. They are very effective because like crossers, most corners (if deep enough) get over flat zones and get under deep blues.

Combine a healthy dose of crossers and corner routes to set yourself up for success vs. any defense you face. If you are curious as to how dominate that pesky opponent who only spams crossers check out our other blog: https://themaddenacademy.com/2021/12/how-to-stop-crossing-routes

2. You Are Unaware of Pull Routes

Ever wondered how players got those deep one-play touchdowns where the defense was nowhere to be seen? They were probably using pull routes.

Pull routes are a route that occupies a zone defender to open up another route on the field. Think of them as a decoy route.

So if you want to get your crossing routes or corner routes open consistently, you need to use streaks to occupy the deep zone defender on the side you run your crosser to.

Take “Verticals” for example from Gun Bunch. The streak/fade route from the solo side receiver will run the deep blue(s) off. That will allow for the crossing route to get underneath the deep blues.

In Madden, the job of the deep blue defenders is to guard the first threat running deep.

If you replace that fade route with a drag, the crossing route would be the first threat running deep so the deep zone defenders would guard the crosser.

Your Urgent Next Step

I gave you a brief intro on what I call “route combos”. Route combos is your playart on offense when passing.

What’s crazy is developing your route combos is only 1 of Madden’s 12 fundamentals.

Now it is time for you to discover the other 11 fundamentals: https://themaddenacademy.com/free-tips

If you don’t understand Madden’s 12 fundamentals, it will be impossible to reach the competitive level.
