How To Get Better At Madden 26 Current Gen

The 3 Step Guide To Get Better At Current Gen Madden 26:

  1. Use a combination of football AND Madden IQ
  2. Accept that Madden and real life football has differences
  3. Find a mentor to enhance your Madden IQ (there are 70+ chess like strategies unique to Madden)

They key to get better at Madden 26 current gen (old gen) starts with your a shift in your mindset.

Do not fall into the trap of trying to apply every real-life football concept to Madden.

I hear this all the time, “I feel I understand football very well but I can not seem to get Madden down”.

Madden and real life football are different. Should it be that way? Probably not.

However, if you want to reach your full potential on Madden, you need to learn the “Madden language.”

THEN pair it with your football IQ.

I know some of you are thinking: “Oh, so Manu you are just another one of those Madden pros who don’t know real football.”

Hear me out for a second, I am on your side.

9 years ago, I was just like you. I was curious as to how I could become the best player (or at least be competitive).

I would seek out resources online through Youtube and Google.

Then I would go and play online h2h and I was DOMINANT. I am talking top 3 on the regs ladders every year for 3 years.

But I finally ran into a problem…

One of my boys, he was always top 3 on regs himself, found me a competitive player to play from a money league.

His name was “VY” (now one of my friends) but BOY he was talking shit before we played.

I found it hilarious because I was convinced that I was the best Madden player in the world.

Who the hell did VY think he was? I was top 3 in the WORLD. I was DOMINANT vs my boys.

………………………………………………

He beat me by 56. I had a better chance of getting struck by lightning while simultaneously getting hit by a train than I did of dreaming of scoring a single point vs. him.

My defense? Sorrier than Pete Carroll’s playcall in the superbowl deciding to call a pass at the one yard line with Marshawn Lynch.

So what mistake did I make (that you have been making before coming across Madden Academy) that wasted 6 years of my time doing the things the wrong way?

I didn’t realize the Youtubers I had grown so fond of SUCKED and gave bad competitive advice.

I didn’t realize my offensive AND defensive scheme SUCKED.

I didn’t realize the competition I played SUCKED.

I didn’t realize there was 12 strategic fundamentals (that entail 70+ chess like strategies) that NO ONE ever told me and is no where on Youtube.

I didn’t realize that there was this HUGE undercover competitive scene with straight KILLERS.

Consider yourself lucky because today you found yourself at the right place at the right time.

What I am going to tell you next is not to brag but to inform you I am the true mentor you have been missing.

Ever since getting obliterated into another dimension by a competitive player many years ago…

I have become a 3x Madden Champion at a world-class level and I didn’t have to sacrifice my values.

In my Madden 101 course that I am giving you for free…

I reveal my proven world-class strategies that will make you a better strategic thinker.

Best part? You can run what YOU want. I know you pride yourself on running your own schemes.

The tools I give you will help you enhance your own schemes.

The course will help you understand WHY/WHEN to call certain play concepts over the other.

You discover learning HOW to correctly read a defense = zero doubt and complete certainty when play-calling.

You can continue to read this and say “Oh, that does sounding interesting but it is not for me right now” and whatever other bullshit excuse you just created for yourself.

Or you can take action now, click down below or to the side “enroll now for free”, and instantly receive in your email the free course I promised you.

Madden does utilize a lot of real-life concepts and I incorporate many real-life concepts into my courses and programs.

However, you have to remember Madden is a video game with its flaws. You have to accept the game for what it is. Trust me there are many aspects of Madden that I hate with a passion.

Everyone rages over broken aspects of the game from time to time, even pros. Say it with me, it is what it is.

In my courses, I do cover concepts like verticals to beat Cover 2 over-the-top and the curl flat concepts to slash Cover 4 underneath.

Then flood concepts are very popular in competitive Madden to take advantage of a solo defender by unleashing two receivers at that defender at different depths.

A play like “Flood” from Gun Bunch is a popular concept in Madden 22 but this a highly used concept on every Madden.

No exploit, glitch, or cheese involved. It uses simple math. In 95% of stock defenses in Madden, there is only ONE defender dedicated to guard the sidelines.

So a flood concept like this uses TWO receiving targets to attack the sidelines at different depths. It is a 2 vs. 1 matchup where the defender has to pick his poison.

Now there will be plenty of aspects in Madden that would never make sense in real life.

Offenses in competitive Madden revolve around crossing routes and corner routes because they are the toughest routes for zones to defend.

But just like in real life, coaches devise a strategy to put players in the best position to defend certain concepts.

That is your job as the player. To devise a strategy to put your players in the best position to stop certain plays.
