Madden 26 User Skills – How To Double Your User Picks
Your Madden 25 user skills lacking? Not getting enough user picks?
Improving Madden 26 User Skills:
- Make sure your ballhawk is on in settings
- Always sub in a safety at linebacker. Never user a linebacker because they don’t animate like safeties.
- Hold down “Y” or “triangle” as soon as the ball is near your defender.
1. Ballhawk On
No ballhawk on = very limited animations.
If you ever see people get those sky jump interceptions with their user, its because they have ballhawk on.
2. Safety At Linebacker
When you are in a game, scroll over the formation you are running then there will be an option to sub in safeties.
If you don’t do this, you will lose out on many user picks.
EA added a feature years ago that toned down jumping animations for linebackers.
3. Hold “Y” Or Triangle
A question I get a lot from my students is “Manu, should I hold down Y or click it?”
Always HOLD down Y when the ball gets near your user.
One of my students, Mark Dettling, told me “Holding Y instead of clicking the Y button made a drastic difference in the number of user picks he got.”
